The International Composition Competition Feeding Music, announced by the Italian Pavilion, Expo 2015, upon Divertimento Ensemble Project, has selected 50 young composers form the whole world; they have been commissioned new scores inspired by the Feeding the Planet theme.
In Fall 2015 Divertimento Ensemble and Sentieri Selvaggi have performed their scores for Expo 2015.
The project has offered the opportunity for an insight into contemporary music in the world.
This concert proposes two of these scores, chosen among the most representative of the many and different ways of thinking contemporary music today.
Three Italian composers, the young Antonio Covello, Luca Francesconi and Claudio Ambrosini and the Austrian Olga Neuwirth complete the program.
